PEACE OF MIND RETURN POLICY

We trust you will love your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied then we are happy to accept your return, per our Peace of Mind Returns Policy, for any reason, within 30 days of original dispatch date.

Please read our returns policy terms below before returning your item(s). If you have any additional questions please email our friendly support team.

Watercolour Print Artwork & Decals: Due to the delicate nature of our custom made watercolour print artwork & Decals, we do not offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges on them.

Pre-Order Items: As our pre-order stock is made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items.

Returns - The Basics

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of original dispatch date, no exceptions.
  • All returns must be in unworn, unwashed condition with the original barcoded cloth garment bag and attached garment tags.
  • Once you have read the above return requirements, please email customer service to receive your return authorisation number.
  • Once you receive your #RA please head over to our Australia Post returns portal to complete the return process and pay for/print your return label.
  • Once we receive your return we will issue a store credit via a Cheeky Chickadee emailed gift card that is good for 12 months from the date of issue. Returns are processed once a week on Fridays.
Returns - The Details
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping except in cases of faulty product or wrong item received. Please email sales@cheekychickadee.com in cases of faulty or wrong item received.
  • Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
  • All returned items must be free of any sign of wear, odour, pet hair, antiperspirant, and otherwise be in resale-able condition. Please make sure swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. For hygienic reasons we will refuse and return to sender any returned items where it appears the aforementioned has not been adhered to.
  • All returns received by our warehouse outside of the 30 day time frame will be refused, no exceptions.
  • Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. We apologise but we do not offer free returns at this time.
  • All returns take approximately 5-7 business days to be processed once received by the Cheeky Chickadee warehouse. Customer service will then process the returns receipts, once a week, on Friday afternoons. We appreciate your patience.
  • Some items may be non-returnable - This will be noted in the description of the item. Example: Mystery Bundles and items marked as Final Sale.

  • Cancellation Requests & Order Changes

      At Cheeky Chickadee we have gone to great lengths to streamline our order processing. We process your orders as quickly and efficiently as we can but the downside of this is that there is little to no time to make changes or cancel an order once it has been submitted. We apologise in advance if this causes an inconvenience and encourage you to follow the Peace of Mind Returns process as described above to return your item(s).

      In the Case of Faulty Items or Incorrect Item Received 

      Please check over your order upon receipt before removing any tags or washing. If you find that a wrong item was sent or that an item is faulty, then please email customer support with your order number, the affected style/size and photos of the barcode on the bag and/or the faults within 7 days of delivery.

      Product Guarantee

      We guarantee our swimwear and clothing against manufacturing issues for 6 months from original order date. Customer wear and tear and/or hard use, is not covered by this guarantee... i.e. holes in clothing, tears in fabric, stains on fabric, hard/rough surface damage to fabric, etc. In the case that a replacement is due, Cheeky Chickadee will replace for same size, same style, same print unless aforementioned print is out of stock, then a different print or a store credit will be offered at our discretion. Our replacement offer does not convey to products that are purchased via a marketplace, have since been sold on to a new owner, or traded on any BST platform.
