PEACE OF MIND RETURN POLICY
We trust you will love your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied then we are happy to accept your return, per our Peace of Mind Returns Policy, for any reason.

Returns - The Basics
- All returns must be received within 30 days of original dispatch date.
- First, please submit your return request along with your order number(s) and the item(s) that you would like to return, via email to email@example.com for return authorisation, instructions, & return address.
- All returns must be in unworn, unwashed condition with the original barcoded cloth garment bag and attached tags.
- Send your return back to us via your preferred trackable method.
- Once we receive your return we will issue a store credit that is good for 12 months from the date of issue.
Returns - The Details
- All returns and exchange requests must be authorised by our customer care team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping except in cases of faulty product.
- All returned items must be free of any sign of wear, odor, pet hair, antiperspirant, and otherwise be in resalable condition. Please make sure swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. For hygienic reasons we will refuse and return to sender any returned items where it appears the aforementioned has not been adhered to.
- All returns received by our warehouse outside of the 30 day time frame will be refused.
- Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. We apologize but we do not offer free returns at this time.
- All returns take approximately 5-7 business days to be processed once received by Cheeky Chickadee. We appreciate your patience.
Cancellation Requests & Order Changes
At Cheeky Chickadee we have gone to great lengths to streamline our order processing. We process your orders as quickly and efficiently as we can but the downside of this is that there is little to no time to make changes or cancel an order once it has been submitted. We apologize in advance if this causes an inconvenience and encourage you to follow the Peace of Mind Returns process as described above to return your item(s).
In the Case of Faulty Items or Incorrect Item Received
Please check over your order upon receipt. If you find that a wrong item was sent or that an item is faulty, then please email customer support with your order number, the affected style/size and photos of the barcode on the bag and/or the faults within 7 days of delivery.
