1. We have free shipping on all orders over $49 in Australia and free worldwide express shipping over $99. Under this we have $5 flat rate shipping in Australia and $15 internationally
2. Place your order by 12pm AEST on a business day and we'll ship your parcel the same day with Australia Post in a compostable satchel
3. We'll send you an email with your Australia Post tracking number that night
4. Your Cheeky Chickadee goodies should arrive within 2-5 days in Australia or 3-10 days internationally

We have Express Shipping available as an option at checkout for just $5 for Australian orders and $15 for International orders. Express Shipping is FREE over $99 for Australian & International orders. Place your order by 12pm AEST on a business day and we'll ship your parcel the same day.
What’s the process?
1. Notify us ASAP that you’d like to return an item.
2. We’ll provide you with a reference number and a local address to send your return to.
3. Pop the item in the post and send back to us via your preferred trackable delivery method. If the item is faulty, then we’ll cover this shipping cost.
4. Once we’ve received the item back to the return address within 30 days and have confirmed it’s in an unused condition with tags still attached, we’ll happily exchange your items for store credit (valid for 12 Months).
5. Then once you’ve ordered the new items you’d like to purchase with your store credit, we’ll ship your new order back to you free of charge in line with our FREE SHIPPING policy.
