Product Description: Our everyday Beach Hat featuring our watercolour Platypus print. A parents' favourite, here's what we're loving about these hats:

- Chin strap with elasticated toggle ensures it stays on active kids.

To get the most wear and retain colour vibrancy please follow these best care tips for your beach hat: If exposed to water (chlorinated or salt water) Rinse immediately after use to clean out salt, sand, pool water and perspiration. This is especially important if the hat is being worn in a chlorinated pool as high concentrations of chlorine will break down fabric fibres and fade colour over time if not properly rinsed. Machine or hand wash in cool / warm water with mild detergent or liquid soap after every wear. Do not wring, rub, soak or bleach. Do not tumble dry - Only drip dry in shade. We find that the BABY-NB size fits children under 6 months of age, size S/M fits children aged 1-3 years, the M/L fits children aged 3-7 years and the L/XL fits children aged 7-10 years - but we recommend viewing our size chart above to help select your child's best fit as Cheeky Chickadees are made in different shapes and sizes. It is also helpful to measure a hat you already own that is similar in style and fits comfortably just as we have in the size chart photo then compare your measurements to those listed. We’re loving the fit and coverage of this hat. The brim is big enough to keep his whole face shaded, but can be easily folded up when wanted. The string and toggle is great for keeping it on his head when the wind comes along.

Great comfortable hats for the kids, awesome to have the toggle and perfect for everyday use. Not super great underwater as it flops in front of their face in the pool, I'm going to add a clip to pin it for swimming. Overall love them for daily use and they look so cute with the matching swimmers.
